Basic principle
Tourism China2049 is a small information website. It does not load external analytics tools, advertising networks, external fonts, embedded maps or social media plugins.
Server log files
When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary access data. This may include IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system, referrer and status code. Processing serves technical delivery, security, abuse detection and error analysis.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website. Log data is not used to create visitor profiles.
Contact form and email contact
If the contact form or an email address is used, the transmitted details are processed to handle the message. This includes name, email address, topic, message and time of transmission. The data is not used for newsletters or advertising mailings.
Honeypot spam protection
The contact form uses an invisible field as simple spam protection. If this field is filled in, the submission may be treated as automated spam and discarded. No external captcha provider is loaded.
Local images, stylesheets and scripts
Images, stylesheets, scripts and the favicon are loaded locally from this domain. Loading these files only creates the usual server accesses. The image material comes from the operator’s own travel photos unless stated otherwise on the Sources page.

At present, this website does not set tracking cookies, marketing cookies or analytics cookies.
External links and partner links
This website links to external pages, for example official sources, China2049.de, sibein.ch, Trip.com or information providers. The links to Trip.com are partner links or commercial recommendation links and are identified near the links. If a booking is made through these links, the site operator may receive a commission. The visitor price should not increase because of this. When external links are opened, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
This website does not set its own tracking cookies for this. Technical measurement, booking, payment and possible commission attribution take place on the respective provider website.
